How Can Coaching Help YOU?

Relationship and Life Coaching are accomplished with a creative, yet structured process. We start with a 1-2 month commitment where we meet in person or over the phone 3 times a month for 45 minutes each. Coaching also includes unlimited access to me via email.

 

Here's the structure of our work together:

My coaching style is a combination of education, honesty and accountability. I use gentle guidance, focused and intuitive listening, and humor. I'm here to support you, and honor your individual path.

You are encouraged to enter this process with an open mind, realizing that the work and my approach may be different from anything else you've tried. Be willing to allow yourself to explore transformation…in all its forms.

We tailor your coaching needs to fit your style. Relationship and Life Coaching can take place in either one-on-one sessions or in a group setting for friends who have similar relationship/dating needs.
